Mixed use building with modern design, consisting of retail space, two floors of apartments (57 Units) overlooking an elevated outdoor garden as well as roof top recreation space; all over an enclosed parking garage. The building sits on a non-conventional triangular site which required a unique structural system to be developed for the rectilinear building above.
